REFUND POLICY

Conditions for Requesting a Refund

Here at Giovanna Baptista, we value the satisfaction of our customers and, therefore, we offer the possibility of refunds in case of dissatisfaction with our services. To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of hiring the service and explain the reason for your dissatisfaction. After evaluation, we will refund the amount paid in full.

In the case of projects that have already started, a refund will be made proportional to the work already carried out. If the client cancels the project after sending the briefing and before the actual start of work, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

Giovanna Baptista's Refund Policy aims to ensure transparency and security in relationships with our customers. If you have any questions or requests, please contact us.

Exceptions

In cases where the client causes delays in the development process, does not comply with the obligations set out in the contract or requests changes that were not foreseen in the initial briefing, a refund will not be possible. Furthermore, we do not refund amounts paid for services already delivered and approved by the customer.
